PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs will apply.

Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your order if you are not satisfied with the items received. Returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The item must include all original parts, components and packaging, in the same condition as when it was received.
  2. The product must show normal handling only; damage caused by improper use will not be accepted.
  3. Products for which hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return.
  4. Any defects must have been identified immediately upon receipt of the item.

Once your return request has been received, it will be processed within 7 working days. If all conditions are met, the return will be formally approved within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect that the item has been used, damaged, or altered through no fault of our own.

How do I return my order?

If your order meets the conditions above, please follow the steps below to initiate a return:

  • Email us at Info@adolylondon.com
  • Please include the following information in your email:
    • Order number
    • Reason for the return request
    • Photo of the product (required in case of damage or breakage)
    • Customer’s full name
    • Customer’s address

NOTES Before returning the items, customer service is contacted, and thereby this form is obtained by the customer, returns to a different address will not be accepted. We can only give you a refund after we have received your package and checked that the goods are still in a clean and satisfactory condition. You must send a picture of your package & track and trace to our customer service. You as a customer are always responsible for the return costs. as stated in our return conditions.

Important Notes on Returns

  • You must contact customer service before returning any item.
  • Returns sent to an address other than the one provided by us will not be accepted.
  • Refunds can only be issued after we have received and inspected the returned item and confirmed that it is clean and in satisfactory condition.
  • You must provide a photo of the packaged return as well as the tracking and trace information to our customer service team.
  • Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer, as stated in our return policy.

Cancellation Policy

Consumers have the right to cancel a contract under the following conditions, provided the purchase was made for personal use and not for commercial or professional purposes.

Cancellation Conditions

  • You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After this period, the order will be processed for dispatch and cancellation will no longer be possible.
  • This short cancellation window allows us to prepare and ship orders as quickly as possible. If you wish to cancel within this 1-hour period, please contact our customer service team immediately and quote your order number.
  • As we operate a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately upon receipt. Once processing has begun, we cannot interrupt shipment. Refunds are therefore only possible after the goods have been received and returned.
  • To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform Adorly London of your decision by a clear statement (for example, by email). The cancellation is only complete once the returned goods have been received by us.

Shipments in Transit

As our goods are shipped from Asia, delivery times may be longer and are beyond our control. If your order is already in transit, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, please wait until you receive the goods and then return them to us. You may notify us of your intention to cancel in advance.

To help us process your return as quickly as possible, please send us proof of shipment.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you excluding delivery costs, and excluding any additional costs incurred if you selected a delivery method other than our cheapest standard option.

Refunds will be issued no later than 14 days after we have received both:

  • your cancellation notice, and
  • the returned goods.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. No additional fees will be charged.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost parcels if the tracking indicates that the item has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • If an incorrect address has been supplied, this is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Errors in the address must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
